Interactive Production Manager
Banyan Branch is looking for an Interactive Production Manager to work directly with account and interactive teams to coordinate the development of world-class marketing campaigns and interactive content for our clients. The Production Manager will coordinate the schedule for the strategic implementation of a client's objectives and ensure a quality end-product or effective campaign is delivered within the scheduled timeframe. This individual will work with account and interactive teams for deliverables from conception to execution to meet the social media and online content needs of our hi! gh-profile clientele.
When it comes to coordinating world-class marketing campaigns and interactive content, you rule the roost. From ensuring a project stays on track to delivering a quality end product, you know what it takes to get the job done.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Manage multiple production teams and projects to ensure that projects are completed according to schedule, meet the defined scope and are within budget.
• Responsible for drafting schedules and estimates for new projects that will be approved by Director, and will include integration and coordination with the business development/sales team.
• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed project documentation including timelines, action items, agendas, and project plans.
• Responsible for ensuring that all assets and resources are identified, and available. Project teams could include PM, Developers, Designers, QA, and Copywriters depending on scope of work.
• Compil! e project teams that utilize individuals from various teams to assist i! n major campaigns and launches. Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and external communications. Conduct regular project status meetings with project teams.
• Proactively investigate client needs and balance needs of client with what is best for the agency. Ensure that all projects are produced to the highest standards, meet clients needs and objectives and are reviewed and approved, prior to delivery to the client and to implementation on client’s behalf.
• Stay abreast of trends and current events in social media.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of combined marketing and interactive experience, preferably in a strategic consulting, professional services or project management environment.
• Strong, recent experience managing projects end-to-end (budgets, scheduling, etc.) and a solid understanding of project management methodology and communication.
• Exceptional skills and experience intera! cting with clients throughout the project process.
• Must understand social media strategy and be familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and strategies within the social media industry.
• Familiar with programming, artistic design and design processes, as well as understanding interactive content life-cycle, website and UX development process.
• Experience leading a client team in all aspects of project execution.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time and maintain tight and aggressive deadlines.
• Ability to solve strategic problems, advise teams on project-related issues and keep management informed on project developments.
• To be successful in this role, candidate should be self starter and good at managing through influence verses authority.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communications skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication or related field.
Project Management certification preferred.
