Position summary
Adobe is looking for an exceptional Quality Engineer, who has a passion for solving customer problems, to help grow and perfect Adobeâs Digital Publishing offering. Your attention to detail, ability to isolate flaws in a complex multi-part system, and desire to work with customers are essential for success in this role. The Digital Publishing Solution includes authoring tools running as desktop software, hosted services to produce and deliver content, content viewers running on tablet devices, account management and social media components. In this role, you will be responsible for working with the Customer Support and Engagement teams, along with our customers, to understand how our customers use the offering and the problems they are encountering. An ability to focus on every detail while documenting, developing, and executing test strategies focused on various customer scenarios is an absolute must for this position. Your excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential for collaborating with external teams, as a quality liaison for our customers, to get our customerâs pain points resolved.
Requirements
5+ years of quality engineering experience with web or desktop client software.
1-2 years of quality engineering experience with mobile devices, including iOS, Android.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with designing, directing, and executing workflow testing.
Experience collaborating with external teams and customers.
Familiarity with testing complex ecosystems (mobile, cloud, and desktop components).
