Our Business Analyst will help define, document, configure and test enhancements for our Single Family Lending systems. He/she will be a core team member of the produc! t development process from inception to delivery. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Work with business customers to analyze, troubleshoot and escalate business system needs.
Configure business rules based on business requirements.
Assist business partners developing new workflows and refining existing workflows.
Identify and document business and technical requirements.
Determine, document and communicate the impact of proposed system enhancements and changes to current business processes.
Prepare and execute testing and data validation of new development and enhancements.
Assist team in planning and installing enhancement or new development in production.
Support the training team in the development and maintenance of user guides, job aids and other materials for application users.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of two (2) years as a Business Analyst in a Mortgage Servicing institution.
Experience with Loan Servicing Systems such as LPS, MSP, ELI and PassPort preferred.
Experience creating business rules using scripting tools.
Ability to quickly learn and understand our organization, environment and processes.
Demonstrated achievement in applying technology solutions to business issues in a timely manner.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise and timely communication.
Strong interpersonal skills and meeting facilitation experience.
Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
Proven ability to handle complex issues across multiple business groups.
Ability to work on multiple, concurrent projects.
Experience with SQL queries and con! ceptual database design.
