The Outside Sales Representative will be given between 2-4 fresh set appointments with decision makers each day and is expected to network to find additional leads when not conducting appointments.

Unlimited commission structure â€" Average representatives put $1,000-$2,000 in their pockets each week! The Outside Sales Representative is expected to approach every set appointment with a ‘one call close’ mentality. We require this person to have excellent presentation skills and experience with utilizing the assumptive close technique to bring in new business. The Outside Sales Representative must also be able to understand and follow our sales program exactly as it was intended, as it is a proven model of success for this company.
The ideal Outside Sales Representative will also have:
Ability to be self-sufficient and work with little guidance Strong desire and motivation to close sales Will need to own a car and a cell phone Ability to dress appropriately and profession! ally for each appointment Honest work ethic Positive attitude, integrit! y and a teachable disposition Experience in a commission-only sales role is preferred Bilingual speakers are a plus Desire to build a career in sales Skill set to create and embrace opportunities for advancement
