Description: Grays Harbor Community Hospital is currently seeking to employ HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT right now, this job will be placed in Washington. Will perform a variety of recruitment, employee relations and compensation functions with a primary focus on the management of Leaves of Absences and Job Shadow Progr! am. Additionally, provides orientation of new employees and insures completion of new hire forms, completion of all paperwork related to employment changes within the organization. Performs all other HR functions as assigned including understanding and resolving benefit questions for employees. Requirements: Previous HR Generalist experience required. Knowledge of FMLA regulations required. PHR certification strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to critically think through challenging situations. Ability to collaborate with others to develop appropriate situations. This position is full-time Monday through Friday day shift. Benefits provided by the hospital.
