BMW Seattle welcoming a BDC/Internet Dept/Call Center Team Lead!
Our ideal applicant will have at least 2 yea! rs of inbound/outbound call center experience, as well as the ability to motivate a team of representatives to meet and exceed goals.
As a Team Lead you will be responsible for inbound calls from interested customers, outbound calls following up with provided leads and the coordination of customer appointments. You will play a significant role in monitoring/assisting representatives, acting as a mentor and grower of the department.
Automotive knowledge is helpful but not a requirement. Training provided. This is a full time position requiring the ability to work flexible shifts Mon-Sat 9-9:00 pm.
