The Assistant Sup! erintendent helps direct the field operations for capital expenditure construction projects by scheduling of subcontractors, coordination of work with subcontractors and owners, and ensuring the quality of work meets AvalonBay's standards.
This project is a garden-styled mid-rise. Wood framed, with concrete post tensioned decks.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in the multi family housing construction industry, and knowledge in redevelopment and capital expenditure projects. Computer literacy is a must and preference will be given to candidate with a Degree in Construction Management.
