Greet, register, check-in and schedule patient appointments. Interact and build relationships and rapport with high school students/patients. Provide Neighborcare information to patients, families, school staff and administration.
Work in partnership and joint accountability with other team members to achieve Neighborcare’s Mission, Guiding Principles and goals.
This is a Full-time 40 hr/wk position during the school year, position will be on furlough during the summer and other Seattle Public School breaks.
The position is at Chief Sealth High School in West Seattle, Seattle, WA. We do not offer relocation assistance.
Required Skills
Ability to work independently with little on-site supervision.
Excellent customer service.
Experience managing schedules and/or interest in health outreach/education is required.
Electronic medical record, insurance verification highly preferred.
Required! Experience
Post High School Education
Compu! ter proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and various computer software programs, required .
Experience at a high volume medical office and/or reception desk preferred .
Ideal candidate will have work experience with teenagers.
