Maintenance Engineer
(Make & Pack RMC)
Location: Stary Gostków

What will you do - Responsibilities:
- Performing line inspection during maintenance activities in order to identify rooms for improvements and ensures quality of performend actions
- Performing brakedown analysis, suggests and implements actions to improve preventive plans based on the results from Root Cause Analysis
- Building, implementation and improvment maintenance plan in SAP for plant and defining spare parts for preventive tasks
- Supporting improvement projects for production machines that are connected with construction changes
- Identification energy leaks on production machinery, suggests and implements (together with Engineering Department) solutions
- Informing the Process Improvements/Quality/Planning department of changes in performance, planned shutdowns, and other factors affecting the department's KPIs
- Implement new solutions to increase machine productivity, improve quality, reduce technical downtime and reduce machine maintenance costs
- Analyzing and eliminating losses related to failure and maintenance of machinery
Conducting investment profitability analyses, risk assessments and project lists for the department - Developing short-term action plans (24h) and setting priorities
- Implementing TPM standards
- Procuring services and investment purchases for the project
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems, drive technology, Beckhoff/Siemens control systems, systems, printing lasers, adhesive dispensing systems, film/plastic welding or paper processing technology, automatic weighing systems
- Ability to read technical documentation
- Knowledge of failure root cause analysis
- Very good English (written and spoken)
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications - Excel, Power Point; SAP ERP/PM module - nice to have
- Basics of Spare Parts management
- TPM standards
