StandUp Wireless, a fast-growing wireless service provider, is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to work 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST. In this role, you provide onboarding support to our new independent contractors, and you get to do this from your home office! If you have at least one year of relevant experience and you enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, then this is the job for you!

What You Will Be Doing

As an Onboarding Specialist, your mission is to ensure that independent contractors have a positive and efficient onboarding experience. Working closely with various departments, you will ensure that the onboarding process runs smoothly and that our new independent contractors have the necessary resources and information to be successful in their roles. Ultimately, by creating a welcoming and supportive environment for new independent contractors, you are helping StandUp to build a strong and productive team! Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Leading the initial onboarding process with new independent contractors
  • Serving as primary point of contact via email and Zendesk for any questions or concerns that agents may have during and after the onboarding process, and providing timely and accurate response to inquiries
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of StandUp’s onboarding policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with other departments, including IT, Sales, and AGS, to ensure that the onboarding process is running smoothly, and to identify and resolve issues
  • Escalating system and process issues to StandUp’s IT Team
  • Reporting onboarding progress to management and identifying areas for improvement
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and accessible onboarding records and documentation
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities

How You Qualify:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Minimum one year of onboarding experience
  • Ability to work 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and work quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets
