We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to work directly with individuals in our residential program in Atkinson, NH.

Daytime Direct Support Professional 40.000 FT SU OFF/ M 8A-4P/ T 8A-4P/ W 8A-4P/ TH 8A-4P/ F 8A-4P/ SA OFF

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will help our individuals live fulfilling and independent lives with dignity and respect by:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, nutritional needs, etc.)
• Supporting in skill development and mastering
• Participating in community integration
• Aiding in behavioral interventions and medication dispensing (training provided)
• Partaking in the implementation of IEP/ISP objectives and documenting progress

Qualifications:

• Previous human services/behavioral experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and at least two years of driving experience
