Qualifications
- Ability to work between the operating hours of 6:30am and 4:30pm
- Detailed understanding of the seasonal ingredients of all dishes.
- Beverage Pairing knowledge and understanding.
- Creating transformational experiences that WOW the guests with anticipation of the guest needs before they know they needed it
- Proactive approach to 5-star service
