We are very excited and in search of a creative, proactive, and passionate Office Assistant to join our US Team in Culver City, CA. This is a part-time position. Responsibilities
The Office Assistant position focuses on managing office duties and assisting company leaders with various tasks
- Provide support and assistance to onsite managers and employees.
- Ability to speak both English and Mandarin.
- Greet individuals entering the organization and direct them to the correct destination, as appropriate.
- Perform general office duties such as replying to and drafting emails, answering phone calls, photocopying, scanning, and other paperwork.
- Assist with scheduling employee working hours and keep track of employee hours.
- Maintain a guest list.
- Assist with office supplies/tools and food purchasing (online and in-store) and maintain records of purchases.
- Maintain office cleanliness, such as keeping office tables, kitchen, fridge, and trash clean. Also, help with file organization and office maintenance.
- Handle mail, packages, and shipping.
- Assist with scheduling meetings.
- Assist with creating accounts.
- Coordinate with associations on onsite office matters and schedule appointments, such as installations and repairs.
- Issue parking permits.
- Keep track of office filming supplies and technologies, such as phones, tablets, cameras, and computers, ensuring they are stored properly and safely after use. Make sure all technology is fully charged before use.
- Print and manage paperwork.
- Assist the HR Manager with human resource tasks, contract signing, and event planning.
- Prepare letters, forms, records, and reports in compliance with regulations and procedures.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of assistant experience.
- Expect to make trips to the store to purchase requested items. Also required to lift and carry items.
- Looking for someone who is cheerful, lively, confident, energetic, and a team player.
- Able to use basic computer functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Gmail, Zoom, etc. Ability to learn new applications.
- Take initiative and be flexible.
- Able to multitask.
- Looking for someone who is responsible, patient, a good communicator with execution skills, outgoing, enjoys socializing with others, and is able to work with many people.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
