institutions.
About the Role. REACH is currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Project
Coordinator to join our team. A successful candidate will thrive in our fast-paced and entrepreneurial
environment and have the ability to work independently to support a variety of projects across the business.
This role offers the opportunity for rapid professional growth and to work on diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities
Work on business operations projects including those with cross-functional initiatives that involve
the Research, Product Development, and Sales and Marketing teams.
Be able to quickly understand project scope and goals to create detailed project plans, establish
necessary milestones and deadlines, and track progress to ensure success of projects.
Communicate all necessary status updates and deadlines to appropriate stakeholders, both
internal and external, throughout the duration of each project while identifying and mitigating risks.
Independently prioritize and manage the execution of assigned projects.
Continually work to find more efficient processes, tools, and/or systems to move business forward.
Support the Senior Director of Operations to coordinate company events.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required with preference in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
No previous experience in similar roles is required; work experience in a job or internship requiring
simultaneous management of multiple projects is a big plus.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize effectively and take ownership of work.
Ability to organize multiple projects and manage priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a deadline driven and team-oriented environment.
