Office Assistant / Data Entry


 

Our company needs an a new employee to work as a secretary and assistant who will be doing data entry as well as answering phone calls.

The responsibilities for this position include:

Data Entry

Contacting various courts.

Calendaring.

Drafting

Answering phone calls.

Dealing with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Glendale, CA 91206: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)
  • Farsi (Preferred)
  • Armenian (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
