Editorial Art Lead

Description: Aquent Staffing is currently seeking to employ Editorial Art Lead right now, this position will be placed in Washington. As Production Art Lead, you have the confidence and experience to oversee the production design work and make approvals for imagery that reaches our services. You will ensure that all assets! meet our standards of visual excellence. This role involves working closely with our design team, partners, and external design vendors and agencies. You are also able to take a hands-on role in creating image assets as required.
You will be responsible for the quality control and approval of all editorial imagery for global distribution on all platforms. You will ensure all work coming through the ISS Programming team meets design policy and guideline standards for the appropriate platforms as well as ensuring visual assets are produced to drive optimal engagement. You will be responsible for the daily oversight of the consumer-facing view of our gaming console, web and mobile platforms making sure the approved designs translate correctly to each platform and are accomplishing the expected goals. Additionally, this role is also responsible for all production design backend details and asset organization.

Qualifications include:
- 3+ years of consumer-facing photo editing/design experience
- Proven history of managing and delivering high-volume production art assets for a large globally known company or product
- Working experience with business groups and creating focused designs for a variety of products and audiences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and confident presentation abilities
- Capable of successfully working across regions and across boundaries defined by discipline and product group towards shared objectives
- Attention to detail a must
- Multi-platform UX track record with a solid understanding of the 10’ viewing experience
- Strong Photoshop and image editing experience
- Familiarity with Company Entertainment service offerings across console, web and phone.
