The Marketing Associate will be responsible for the development, execution and maintenance of our advertising landing pages - a major component of our multi-million dollar marketing program. This position is! a cross functional role, allowing you to engage with multiple marketing channels and interact with various levels of management. We are currently searching for highly talented individuals to join our Marketing team in our Portland Metro Area office in Camas, WA.

Responsibilities:
Manage, develop and execute the building of landing pages
Work with senior marketing members to develop strategic direction! and test plans
Interface directly with web development te! ams to execute landing page designs and ideas
Utilize web analytics tools to measure and monitor landing page performance
Perform quality assurance reviews for new landing pages
Creatively trouble shoot and problem solve issues
Assist in the creative development of new landing page designs
Contribute ideas to enhance current system processes, campaigns and reports Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
3+ years of relevant online marketing experience
Experience in multiple online marketing channels (Display, Email, Search, etc.)
Extremely web savvy
Proficiency in online campaign and project management
Experience in executing lead generation marketing campaigns is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Office Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, etc.)
Proficiency in HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
Experience with web analytics tool! s (Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst, etc).
Experience with ad serving systems (DoubleClick, Atlas, etc.)
Experience with email marketing systems (YesMail, etc.)
