Fell Swoop, a Seattle-based creative and user experience design agency, is seeking a full time Designer who is passionate about creating beautiful and powerful brand impressions and experiences. As a Designer at ! Fell Swoop you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to create identities, brand systems, web applications, web sites, and mobile and tablet applications. We are looking for an experienced creative professional who is ready to make an impact on the success of our team and our clients through creativity, collaboration and craft.

Responsibilities:
Push the conceptual & creative level of our design solutions.
Eleva! te our team culture with your energy, experience and enthusias! m.
Work directly with clients to translate their brand and user experience design goals into spot-on concepts and design directions.
Work hands-on to produce pixel-perfect user interface design comps.
Collaborate with interaction designers to ensure that work produced by Fell Swoop is both beautiful and usable.

Requirements & Qualifications:
A portfolio demonstrating intelligent and creative problem solving, with the ability to develop and execute strong design solutions across a range of media types and platforms, from identity systems to user interface design for web and mobile.
A degree in a related field such as graphic design or visual communication.
3-5 years of experience working in a creative design! agency.
Experience working with a range of clients, from small entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 clients.
Relevant experience designing web sites and mobile apps.
Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
You must be a motivated self-starter and be able to efficiently manage your time.
Advanced knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to present your work to clients with clarity and professionalism.
A strong understanding of web and application design best practices, usability
heuristics, and the technical capabilities and limitations of the web and mobile platforms.
Added bonus: Experience with After Effects, HTML and CSS.
