SPECIFICATION
Our client is an established USA consultancy firm which is actively looking to appointfive Business Management Consultants within London Washington DC Geneva Hong Kong Dubai. The successful candidates could really be based anywhere because the positions will require regular travel between all of these worldwide locations.
These positions incorporate a basic salary of $275,000.00 USD plus a performance-related bonus which can bring total income to $357,500.00 USD and includes a first rate healthcare, pension and travel package. The position also provides the candidate with continuous specialist training and self development opportunities.
DESCRIPTION
The positions will require the development and implementation of business management and st! rategy plans focusing upon clients within the FMCG consumer go! ods, telecommunications, healthcare, information technology, manufacturing, internet and professional service industries who are established specifically within the USA market. The successful candidates will be responsible for facilitating professional internal teams of business managers who will be allocated by each individual client company and should have experience in business and strategic management, business process re-engineering and performance improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have either a business or management-related degree, a corresponding Masters degreeand preferably business management-related professional or consultancy qualifications. They will also have extensive experience either as a business management consultant or as a successful business manager. Our client is looking for specific skills and experience here which relates to one of the core competences which are referred to above. They are also looking for an ! industry specialist rather than generalist. The candidate should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
