Fill paper for all copiers and printers on a daily basis.
Complete teller audits
Complete holdovers reconciliation
Enter foreign exchange wires into Access database on a daily basis.
Prepare and mail deposit corrections on a daily basis.
Organize and review cashier’s check OFACs on a monthly basis.
Complete walk route in a timely manner and assist with opening envelopes if time permits.
Scan all work received from couriers and teller after completing the walk route.
Regular maintenance of the bank car.
Order and maintain kitchen and office supplies for the Bank.
Bachelors degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or related disciple preferred.
