Job Description: Responsible for the day to day operation of the Valley Health System Help Desk. Answers and documents calls placed to the help desk, documents problem resolution, and strives for first-call resolution for customers relying on the VHS help desk.
Qualifications:
Education: Associates Degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent related work experience.

Experience:
Two to five years of basic desktop and network technical support in a help desk capacity.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in troubleshooting telephone and desktop equipment systems.

Other:
Healthcare experience preferred

License/Certification:
Certified professional in computer maintenance and repair or equivalent work experience.
