PT Receptionist

Responsibilities
- Answer front desk phone with a professional, articulate and uplifting tone of voice
- Screen incoming client calls in prep for the intake counselor
- Receive client payments
- Verify Insurance Benefits
- Input new c lients into software system
- Schedule patient appointments
- Scan and upload documents
- Maintain organization in the office
- Order supplies and put them away
- Keep kitchen area and offices clean and tidy
- Complete data entry in Power point, word and excel-proficiency a must
- Create flyers for clinic services w input from counselors
- Provide assistance to counseling staff for projects
This position will start at 12 hours a week and grow with client census. Tuesday through Thursday 9:00am sharp to 1:00pm.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $15.00 /hour
